Information Age Awards 2009

At the heart of the IT industry lies relentless innovation, a factor so common that it is often unnoticed and accepted as the norm.  Information Age, the UK’s leading IT B2B monthly magazine, is proud to be working with the very best innovators and users within our community, and is keen to see excellence awarded.

For the second year running, Information Age, the UK’s leading IT-in-business magazine, with the support of its parent, Vitesse Media, will reward individuals and companies for their leadership and innovation in September 2008.  The Information Age Awards, to be presented at a gala evening at a leading London venue, will host over 500 senior IT professionals representing some of the biggest IT consumers, the most innovative IT companies, and the leading IT advisory businesses in the UK.

Unique to this IT awards programme, all of the 23,000 readers of the magazine will be invited to be a judge: all of the entries in the Innovation categories will be hosted online at Information-Age.com, and readers will be able to view, comment and vote for the most impressive innovations.

The categories for the shortlisted innovation entries are:

•    Information Management Innovation of the Year

Recognising cutting-edge software and services in the field of information management, this award will celebrate technology innovations that have generated significant and sustainable business value.
